2018 Documentary Feature Submissions

I posted last week with the list of animated feature films that have been submitted to The Academy for consideration in that category this year. Yesterday The Academy announced the list of 166(!) films that have been submitted for the Documentary Feature category.

Now, you could go around and try to watch all 166 of these films, which assuming they average about 90 minutes each, would take well over 10 days of straight viewing to complete. Alternately, you could wait until December 17th when The Academy will be announcing the short list of 15 films considered for nomination in this category. Even that could take a full day of movie watching, assuming they are readily available.
